More symptoms of COVID-19 confirmed
Symptoms of Covid-19 vary widely, making it difficult to be sure who has had the virus and who hasn’t – without an antibody test.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is America’s national public health institute, collecting data from around the world. They now officially list 6 more confirmed symptoms, in addition to the previous top two.
CDC’s full list of Covid-19 symptoms as of end April is:
Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Chills
Repeated shaking with chills
Muscle pain
Headache
Sore throat
Loss of taste and/or smell
As of 30th April, the NHS was listing only these two as the main symptoms: High temperature and New continuous cough.
New studies show natural immune support can help
A collaboration between Southampton University, Oregon State University USA and the University Centre Netherlands have issued a report in the peer-reviewed journal Nutrients (24th April 2020) stating that supplements can help. They confirm:
“Vitamins C and D3, zinc and an omega-3 fatty acid found in fish are critical for immune function.”
Lead author Adrian Gombart added: “The problem is that people simply aren’t getting enough of these nutrients. This could destroy your resistance to infections. Consequently, we will see an increase in disease and all of the extra burdens that go along with that increase.”
These nutrients do help – but other researchers have also identified a powerful and immediate support for your immune system which they rate as the ‘best’ of all tested. It’s a natural compound called 1-3, 1-6 beta glucans – see https://www.uni-vite.com/immunoshield/coronavirus-boost-your-immune-system/
