Clayton

A former President of the Forum on Food and Health at the Royal Society of Medicine, Paul Clayton graduated with the highest honours in Medical Pharmacology from Edinburgh University. A former Senior Scientific Advisor to the UK government’s Committee on the Safety of Medicines, he frequently lectures on health and nutrition at the Royal College of General Practitioners. Dr Clayton is a Fellow of the Institute of Food, Brain & Behaviour, Oxford, and a Visiting Professor of Pharmaco-Nutrition.

Dr Clayton has recorded a number of videos on the role of diet and nutrition in staying healthy and in reducing the risk of the main age-related illnesses.
